Join us for a beautiful 4K walking tour of Fowey, Cornwall, as we explore this picturesque Cornish harbour town, its colourful streets, independent shops and stunning views across the Fowey Estuary. Pronounced "Foy" (rhymes with joy), Fowey is one of Cornwall's most charming coastal destinations, known for its historic buildings, narrow streets, waterfront pubs and beautiful natural harbour. On our first visit to Fowey, we begin our walk outside the beautiful Fowey Hall Hotel before heading downhill towards the historic town centre. Along the way, we discover colourful cottages, independent shops, traditional Cornish pubs and fascinating architecture. Once we reach the waterfront, we're treated to wonderful views of Fowey Harbour, with sailing boats, colourful buildings and wooded hills surrounding the estuary. We also pass St Fimbarrus Church and Fowey Aquarium, explore some of the quieter residential streets and finish with breathtaking panoramic views across the Fowey Estuary from the gardens of the Harbour Hotel. The town's steep, narrow streets lead down towards the harbour, where colourful boats, traditional buildings and spectacular estuary views create a wonderful Cornish atmosphere.
