Installing ROX Handlebar Risers on my Yamaha Super Tenere

I've been working on fixing some posture and ergonomic issues with the bike lately and thought I'd give some handlebar risers a try. I needed to move the bars back a bit to be more comfortable. The install for the Super Tenere has a couple gotchas and requires a few extra little parts. Fortunately AltRider has a little kit with everything I needed.
