Royal Enfield Himalayan Coneset Bearing Change/Replacement DIY And Front fork Repair

Johar dosto! Swagat hai ek aur naye vlog aur maintenance video mein. So as I had mentioned in the last video, I was having some issues with the cone set. When I tried to adjust them, it had a mind of its own and I could feel that the bearings were dug into the race. So decided to open them with the idea that may be cleaning and re greasing might take care of things. But unfortunately upon inspection as you would see in the vid, the lower race had serious pitting or was dug in thus creating issues while riding. Things happen, I hope this would have lasted longer but now was the time to change, so here is how I go about it.
