Using RNG to make the Worst Car in the World (Automation + BeamNG)

A very original idea that definitely hasn't been done by Shinyodd, GrogTV and every other Automation youtuber.. As whatsapp's AI made a car that was almost functional, I decided to let an RNG try to do the same thing...... at least the finished result was more controllable...
