POV: It's 3AM on Staunton Island and It Won't Stop Raining 🌧 GTA III Ambience (4K, 3 Hours)

It's 3AM on Staunton Island and the rain hasn't stopped all night. Three hours of live views of Liberty City from GTA III in 4K: wet streets shining under the streetlights, taxis and trucks hissing through puddles, late-night walkers under the Bedford Point billboards. Rendered straight from the game engine, nothing looped: the camera drifts to a new street or rooftop every minute or so, with soft fades, and real game audio only (rain, traffic, footsteps, the city at night). Gentle on the ears, with no sudden loud noises, so it's made for sleep, study, reading or focus. Which island should we visit next, Portland, Staunton or Shoreside? Rain or fog?
