Optimal Plays with My DAY 1 Korra?! | Avatar Legends

DAY 1 KORRA IS ALREADY COOKING! 🔥 I've decided to pick up Korra in Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game and these are my FIRST matches with her after spending a few hours in the lab and watching some of the best Korra players to figure out how this character works. I still have A LOT to learn, but I managed to pull off some surprisingly optimal gameplay already! I ran a long set with Kaizen, who normally mains Korra but decided to use Kyoshi for this set. I'm also using Korra as a secondary, so we're both essentially learning new characters and trying to figure them out on the fly. And then I managed to pull off one of the COOLEST plays of the set. I hit a combo that completely drained Kyoshi's Flow Meter, putting her into the Unbalanced state. There was a LOT of adaptation throughout the set as we figured out new options, learned the matchup, and tried to optimize our characters. Kaizen also showed off some INSANE Kyoshi damage with some high-damage combos of his own, proving that I wasn't the only one cooking. 😂 I'm still very early in my Korra journey, but after spending some time in training mode and watching other Korra players, I'm starting to see just how much potential this character has. And if I can already pull off an 885 damage Level 7 kill on Day 1... I think there's a LOT more to come.
