The Forest Fair Village is arguably the best looking mall in America, yet its arguably the DEADEST mall in America. Sitting at 1.5 sq mil ft, the behemoth of a mall has no stores, only an arcade. The mall had 70 million dollars poured into it to revitalize it in the early 2000s, only for it to be useless. Now the mall sits empty but open, looking like 1000s of people and 200 stores would be in it, only to be missing both.
