#JGHNSS decided to move to Suprem Court(SC).

The president    Jubin Garg Hatyar Nayar Sangram Samiti (JGHNSS ) Anuj Kumar Baisya , Dimbeswar Das and Lawyer  Ratul Bora, the first person to file a complaint against the death of Zubeen Garg said they were not satisfied with the justice of the murder of Zubeen Garg. Therefore, the newly formed committee will soon appeal to the Guwahati High Court to reject the bail of those arrested in the murder case and to order the CBI to re-investigate the murder of Zubeen Gargde. The committee will continue this justice struggle until those involved in the murder of Zubeen Garg are severely punished. Since going to the Supreme Court floor is a very expensive matter, the committee sought financial help from the people of Assam and published its bank account details- Account Name - Zubeen Garg Hatyar Nyaya Sangram Samiti, Bank Name- Assam Gramin Vikash Bank, Marigaon Branch and IFSC Code- PUNB0RRBAGB.
