MASSAI is coming to Switzerland in 2027. 🇨🇭🎢 Conny-Land is set to introduce Massai, a brand new, first of its kind, launched Big Dipper roller coaster from Mack Rides, opening in 2027. With a height of around 22 metres, a top speed of 86 km/h and a track length of 500 metres, Massai is set to become the highest, fastest and longest full-circuit roller coaster in Switzerland. Although the plain stats don't sound out of this world the layout certainly packs a punch and will leave you breathless. The name Massai refers to the Maasai people of East Africa. The coaster expands on the nearby Voodoo themed area, while its colour scheme was specifically chosen to complement the area without clashing with Crazy Professor. But Massai is more than just another roller coaster. It represents a major investment in the future of Conny-Land and could mark an important moment for the Swiss amusement park industry. For a relatively small country with only one major theme park, the arrival of a modern Mack Rides launched Big Dipper is a pretty big deal. Many people have already compared Massai to Voltron at Europa Park due to its similar colourscheme and insane layout.
