Heilung | Læknisgaldr [Official Video]

We’ve recorded a ghost! Can you hear it? Læknisgaldr is our first song to be released from our sort of “in between” album Sagas. The sounds are from the time we travelled to the lands of the Sagas, recording songs for the game Senuas Saga – Hellblade II. This song plays with real human bones and breath, and somehow we managed through this to capture an invisible friend from the other side. The video captured for this song is part two of a greater story about trauma, and like the game we originally help create the soundtrack for, it deals with both the cause of trauma to our minds, and most importantly: How to heal this trauma. Remember, that we all are brothers All people, beasts, trees and stone and wind We all descend from the one great being That was always there Before people lived and named it Before the first seed sprouted Credits: DIRECTED BY Gornoss CAMERA, LIGHTING and EDIT Gornoss CAMERA ASSISTANT Ruben Terlouw COLORIST AND VISUAL EFFECTS Teddy Masson MAIN PROJECT COORDINATOR Maria Franz WARRIOR COORDINATOR — ICELAND Ruben Terlouw PRODUCED BY Eudaimonia APS/Maria Franz “Læknisgaldr” PRODUCED, MIXED AND MASTERED BY Christopher Juul at LAVA Studios Copenhagen MUSIC BY HEILUNG Kai Uwe Faust, Christopher Juul & Maria Franz NORWAY LOCATION Borre Vikingmarked, Borre National Park, Norway Warriors: Marian Brinkman Tom André Skigelstrand Petter Hennissen Johannes Reinert Agdestein Eirik Skår Tomren Martin Ek Anja Baalerud Sand Sisilje Gregersen Adrian Sarmasan Rebekka Olafsen Aarum Brage Sandengen Morten Svendsrud Monica Bjørnstad Markus Wande Pawel Odvold-Widuto Stig Morten Flaat Elias Valbo Ridderström Krister SMOKE EFFECTS Francien Heckman SPECIAL EFFECTS MAKEUP AND LIGHTING ASSISTANT Andor Syvertsen Juvet NATURAL PROPS Petter-Olai Østbye Sagen BJØRNAR’S CARETAKER Christine Gaski LOCATION ASSISTANTS Tonje Årolilja Størseth Digre Lene Madsen Hageløkken Bent Ole Hageløkken CATERING Bjunegårdsdrift ICELAND LOCATION Árdalur, Írárfoss and various others Warriors: Egill Óskar Gíslason Sigurjón Arason Kristjón Runar Halldórsson Kristján Logi Einarsson ísfeld Jón Gestur Björgvinsson Theodór Árni Söebech Hansson Eydìs Moon Guðmundsdóttir Natalía Ósk R.
