The plaintiff and her daughter say the daughter and and the defendant dated the same man. She alleges the defendant attacked her and damaged her mother’s car, so she’s suing. The defendant admits they were both dating the same man, but she alleges the plaintiff was jealous that he chose the defendant. She’s countersuing for car damages.
