beginner makes a Teuta Matoshi inspired dress from scratch

I've recently been enjoying sewing (though the 'enjoyment' is debatable at times) and decided a while back I'd make a Teuta Matoshi inspired dress to wear to my brother's wedding. So naturally I start making it 3 weeks before the wedding date and rush to finish it! If you'd like the updated rough pattern I made/measurements/a tutorial just let me know
