Hoods of Rochester, NY North Clinton Ave (NE side of Town)

Driving through North East part of Rochester, NY. North Clinton Ave to be exact. This is a high crime area mainly known for drugs. However violence is known to occur often. This neighborhood has the largest Hispanic population in the city mostly Purto Rican. Many legitimate Hispanic businesses like restaurants, pawn shops and auto mechanic shops call this neighborhood home.
