Want to be on live coaching calls like this twice a week, every single week? Talk directly with my team: https://call.theservantleaderrea.com Here's the next video for you to watch:    • The Questions Other Agents Don't Ask (Live...   Here is this video's free resource: https://free.theservantleaderrea.com/... Connect with me here:   / austin.j.rankin   There are only two parts of a prospecting call you can actually prepare. Your opening, and your first question. Everything after that comes off what the seller just said, not off a page. That is why forcing the next question on your script is what makes you sound canned and loses the call. This is a real coaching call from inside the Servant Leader Academy. Agents ran their openings on me live, and I deliberately took them sideways so they had to take control of the conversation back. You will hear where the chain breaks, what to say when a prospect hijacks the call, and why "when they showed you price bracketing, how did they explain it?" gets you the truth while "did they talk to you about price bracketing?" gets you a lazy yes.
