Slim 120mm Top Fans in the NR200: Cheap, Easy Mounting Solutions and Thermal impact

I'm not sure if Cooler Master knows it but they do provide slim fan mounting "hardware" right in the accessories box for the NR200. I'll show a couple ways and then do a quick discussion on the thermal impact of having that fan over the CPU cooler.
