Sometimes the road to your dreams takes an unexpected turn! 💔 We were so excited to finally find what we thought would be the perfect home for House of Hope PR in Quebradillas, Puerto Rico. We went under contract and started making plans, but after inspections, repair estimates, and discovering some unexpected red flags, we had to make the difficult decision to walk away. In this video, we’re sharing what happened, the challenges of buying a house in Puerto Rico, the lessons we learned, and why we believe walking away was the right decision. ❤️ BUT OUR DREAM IS FAR FROM OVER! Our mission is to create a beautiful retreat in Puerto Rico where single parents struggling financially, families facing serious illnesses, and people going through difficult times can experience a FREE vacation filled with hope, peace, and unforgettable memories. Our goal is to eventually provide 12 weeks of free vacations every year to families who need them most. One house didn’t work out, but our mission hasn’t changed.
