Hauraki Rail Trail - Paeroa to Waihi

The 24km (15 miles) track from Paeroa to Waihi takes you through the Karangahake Gorge.. featuring a 1km tunnel and several long bridges spanning over the wide rivers The path leading from the gorge runs alongside the Ohinemuri River, with big graceful trees and farmlands It was an amazing part of the journey, and highly recommend it Note: the tunnel footage required the GoPro to be put on settings to support the low-light environment, hence the reduction in quality and shakiness
