Beach lifeguard and lifesaver hand signals. Using hands, flags and whistle signal these are the correct ways to signal between lifeguards and with the public for beach safety. Signals include: Attracting attention from shore, message received, message not clear, proceed further out to sea, return to shore, remain stationary, pick up buoys, adjust buoys.
