2 Days Taiwan, Taichung, Chiayi | Alishan Forest & Township | Fengjia Night Market | Pork Egg Toast

Today marks our first trip to Taiwan! We’ll be visiting the famous Alishan Forest, Township & Railway, a 114-year-old narrow-gauge mountain railway in Chiayi, Taiwan, that officially opened in 1912 and was built by Japanese colonial engineers. We’ll ride their iconic vintage red train and explore the surrounding nature. We’ll also visit the busy Fengjia Night Market to scout for street food and try the best pork and egg toast, a classic Taiwanese breakfast spot!
