In today's video, I'll wake up at 5 AM, get ready, and head outside to enjoy the quiet streets of Hanoi. I'll take a walk, visit a local park for some light exercise, and enjoy the fresh morning air as the city slowly wakes up. After exercising, I'll stop by a local market to buy some fresh ingredients before returning to my tiny apartment to prepare a simple homemade breakfast. Living alone has taught me the importance of taking care of myself. Sometimes, it's easy to get caught up in work and forget about our own well-being. That's why I want to make more time for myself, build better habits, and start each day with a positive mindset. I believe that we don't have to make big changes all at once.
