The Sanctum of Temperance is one of the four Witch of Wisdom sanctums in Crimson Desert, and it trips up a LOT of players — it uses TWO cores instead of one, has a vine-covered door that hard-blocks you without the right ability, and hides two chests most people walk right past. In this video I show you the full solution plus every hidden reward. 📍 LOCATION: Southeast of Hernand City, in/near the Pororin Forest — east of the Hernand Highlands, south of the Goldleaf Guildhouse. From Hernand, cross the river heading south, follow the road east past Unicorn Cliff, then take the first road south. Look for a crevice in the cliff for the entrance. 🔓 REQUIREMENT (Important): You can only cleanse this after reaching Chapter 5 and visiting Elowen, the Witch of Wisdom. Walk up too early and the game just tells you to "meet a certain someone" first. ⚠️ BEFORE YOU GO: Make sure you've unlocked Blinding Flash — the vine-covered door is a hard blocker without it. 🧩 HOW TO CLEANSE IT (Step-by-Step): 1. LIBERATE FIRST — clear out the Antumbra Order forces until the liberation bar hits 0% 2. FIRST CORE — head to the bottom of the stairway near the entrance and grab the Fusion Reactor Core with Axiom Force 3. HIDDEN CHEST — behind where the core was, burn the vines with Blinding Flash to reveal a small room with a chest containing Odeck's Protector Plate Boots (comes with an HP regen core!) 4. PLACE CORE #1 — bring the core to the central pot device and place it on the left pillar. Climb on top and use a jumping Force Palm to slot it in 5. SECOND CORE (Battery Cube) — turn around, jump over the wall with the pipe, take the stairs down to find a floating battery cube. Grab it with Axiom Force 6. PLACE CORE #2 — take the cube back upstairs and place it in the slot on the left side of the big pot device, then Force Palm it into place 7. Wait for the machine to power up — Elowen appears and a cutscene plays. Sanctum cleansed! ✨ OPTIONAL DIAL PUZZLE (Don't Skip — Core Reward!): After cleansing, a dial puzzle appears in front of the mechanism. Use Blinding Flash to hit the crystal stones on the OUTER RIM of the dial. ⚠️ Do NOT flash the stone gaps in between — that resets the dial and you start over.
