September 13th, 2026: Questions Jesus Asks Us Series #4 (Sermon)

"What Do You Live For?" Oftentimes, we're the ones asking questions of God. "Do you really forgive me for this?" "Why would you let that happen?" "What am I supposed to do now?" But it turns out, Jesus has a few questions for each of us, too. Jesus didn't ask questions because he needed the answers. He asked questions that invited people to look more deeply at themselves, their faith, and the lives they were living. Beginning August 23rd, join us for a six-week sermon series, "Questions Jesus Asks Us", inspired by Magrey deVega's book "Questions Jesus Asked". Together, we'll explore six questions Jesus asks in the Gospels, and consider what happens when we allow Jesus to ask those same questions of us. "Who do you say that I am?" "Why are you afraid?" "What are you looking for?" "Whom will you love?" Sometimes faith isn't about having all the right answers.
