Double Back with a Full Twist | WHITNEYBFLIPPIN | Whitney Bjerken

Whitney is in the gym getting ready for her next competition. The 2017 USA Gymnastics Region 8 Level 9 Regional Competition is next on the schedule and Whitney wants to do her best. Here, Whitney is working on her tumbling, which includes a double back flip with a full twist…or a full in. This is not a level 9 skill, but she will need this in the future. WHITNEYBFLIPPIN!
