My Favorite Forest Ride, Open Again!

Late summer in Oregon. One of my favorite rides is in the McDonald Forest, owned and managed by the Oregon State University Forestry Department. They use the land for research but also allow the public to access the trails and forest roads. It's very popular for hiking, running, and biking (gravel and MTB). The main route through the forest was closed most of this summer for thinning operations, but has now opened again. Join us on a ride up to Dimple Hill and back down again!
