Alexee Trevizo Hospital Evidence at Center of NM Supreme Court Battle

Lawyers were in court Thursday for the case against Alexee Trevizo to determine which evidence will be allowed in the trial. She is accused of throwing her baby in a hospital trash can. The Attorney General for the state of New Mexico spoke to the judges, saying some of the statements made by Trevizo were not under the physician-patient privilege.
