ACR | 0.6 | Rally Events - Citroen Xsara WRC - Forêt de Saverne - SS Race Test | TV & Onboard | 4K

Continuing my Assetto Corsa Rally v0.6 Rally Events medal hunt, this time with the Citroën Xsara WRC on Forêt de Saverne for a Single Stage Race Test challenge. This was the penultimate challenge for the Xsara, and after recently using a custom setup on the Alpine A110, I decided to return to the default setup for this run. And once again, the Xsara reminded me why I enjoy driving it so much in ACR. 🇫🇷 Citroën Xsara WRC - So Planted and Predictable Compared with some of the older rally cars in ACR, the Citroën Xsara WRC feels incredibly composed. The car stays planted, reacts predictably and gives me much more confidence to commit through faster sections. That makes a huge difference when moving from cars that require constant corrections and careful weight management. With the Xsara, I can focus much more on the road itself instead of constantly fighting the car. ⚙️ Back to the Default Setup After spending time with a custom setup on the Alpine A110, returning to the default Xsara setup felt almost relaxing. The car simply works. It has enough stability to inspire confidence without feeling completely numb, and it remains easy to place through the stage. For this challenge, there was no reason to start changing things. The default setup was more than good enough to get the job done. 🛣️ Forêt de Saverne - Single Stage Race Test This challenge took place on Forêt de Saverne, with the goal of completing another Single Stage Race Test and adding one more Gold medal to the collection. The stage worked very well with the Xsara. Its stability allowed me to carry speed with confidence, and the overall run felt much more natural compared with some of the trickier historic cars I have been driving recently. 🥇 Another Gold Secured The result was another Gold medal. That brings the current Rally Events total to: 117 Gold medals out of 238 challenges. No Silver. No Bronze. The goal remains the same. It feels planted. It feels predictable. And it gives enough confidence to simply focus on driving instead of constantly managing the car. After using a custom setup on the A110, returning to the default Xsara setup was a nice reminder that some cars simply feel right straight away. Another challenge complete.
