Route 59 Terminus Airport West Video

This video is about the Route 59 Tram Route Terminus in Airport West. Tram Route 59 begins at Elizabeth Street/Flinder Street Railway Station and finishes at Matthew Avenue/Airport West Shopping Centre. This video contains footage that I recorded during my visit to the Terminus and it also contains pictures of nearby Bus Stops (so people know what Buses they can take to/from the Shopping Centre), nearby landmarks and also some footage of Essendon Tram Depot. One common misconception people have is that Airport West is a suburb named due to being West of Tullamarine Airport. However, Airport West is actually named because it is on the Western Boundary of the Essendon Airport Precincnt (Essendon Airport was previously Melbourne's primary general and international airport).
