First BJJ Competition | Good Fight Men’s | White Belt | No-Gi | 155. 11-13-21

First tournament. Good Fight November 13th, 2021. White Belt 155. Representing 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu under 10Th Planet Richmond at AFS academy Martial Arts. Pretty evenly matched fight. I never really felt in danger but I also never felt like I was really close to a finish. I had several decent attempts but came up short every time. I lost in OT in the armbar because I hadn't worked on many escapes, especially with an S grip. I will work heavily on that. I got really close one my armbar but I was too tired to really think about my technique. This is where drilling will really help me. FUJI on Saturday, will have more content and hopefully better results!
