In this episode we spoke to Gamal 'G' Turawa, an ex-Metropolitan police officer, who told us of his incredible life story - from his first experience of racism, being "farmed" into the UK as a child and going back to Nigeria, growing up with an abusive father, getting into the police force, to coming out as gay and everything he has learnt on the way.
