Measuring only the bottom and top of a stockpile can give you the wrong volume. The biggest errors happen when important changes in slope, edges and ditches are not captured in the field. In this practical training, we use the Emlid Reach RS4 and RS4 Pro with Emlid Flow to show you how to collect the points needed to recreate the true shape of a stockpile.
