Is the New Death Guard too STRONG?

I had the chance to play the new Virulent Vectorium detachment from the upcoming new Death Guard codex today. It was very fun, very familiar, and incredibly powerful! Bloat Drones with Heavy Blight Launchers are absolutely insane at the moment, and I love the changes they made to Chaos Spawn. This is the first time in a while that I have ever thought that something in our Death Guard army was too strong.
