What happens when NVIDIA USD Composer, a virtual camera, and a Universal Robots robot are connected inside one digital twin? In this setup, the robot moves across the table while a virtual camera mounted on the robot searches for parts. As soon as the robot program activates the inspection, the camera process inside NVIDIA Omniverse detects the component, calculates its exact position, and transfers the coordinates to the robot via RTDE. The robot can then move directly to the detected position and pick the part accurately.
