How to use DATA MERGE in InDesign to Create Print Cards

Data Merge is a flexible feature in InDesign that lets you batch create designs with varying data. In this lesson, you'll use data merge to create a custom printable gift card complete with a unique number and custom QR code with a URL. I've been using this feature a lot to create printable gift cards for my online store so customers can shop online or off. It works great for business cards too. All you need is a simple spreadsheet of your data saved out in a .csv file, a target document in InDesign with your base design and you're good to go.
