Broken Foot vs Wales’ Toughest Trail… Bad Idea?

What started as another day exploring the incredible trails of Wales quickly turned into one of our biggest riding challenges yet. We met up with Ed, an experienced local rider, who offered to guide us along what can only be described as one of the scariest trails in Wales. Narrow cliffside sections, technical terrain, steep drops, and breathtaking views made this a ride we’ll never forget. To make things even more interesting, I was riding with a broken foot, turning an already difficult trail into a real test of determination. There were plenty of moments where we questioned whether we’d make it to the end—but giving up was never an option.
