Crash Promise Broken

The plaintiff says she was rear-ended on an exit ramp and that the other driver called his boss, the defendant to the scene. According to her, the defendant urged her not to contact the police and promised to cover all the damages. But when she tried to follow up a few days later, she says her calls went unanswered.
