RAD - How to do Footplants and Handplants

Marc Churchill shows you how to do footplants, and (I'm guessing) Tony Rayner shows you how to do handplants. This was rescued from dodgy old VHS tapes. This is from an old Saturday morning show called RAD, which was on in the late 1990's to early 2000's.
