Automatic Air Ring SmartLip ONE - German Technology

SmartLip is a high-production air ring with integrated thermal insulation. Combined with a robust and convenient height adjustment, it offers a significant increase in production, improved thickness tolerances, less condensation, and low pressure consumption. SmartLip works with multiple airflows, two in the DL version or three in the TL version. The lower airflow in the TL version blows down for better film cooling. Like the central lip airflow, this can also be adjusted separately during production or even turned off to work in double lip mode.
