Discipline of the Heart

In this video, Vasant Swaha talks about real discipline and how it is often misunderstood. Real discipline is not about willpower, but comes from our own heart and understanding. “That’s what the Master is looking for: that understanding that is something you will grow on, you will expand, will go into the new; you are excited for the new. For that you need discipline. Discipline in a way changes this negativity, or this unconsciousness, into your own being”.
