This build uses the new Pearl of Tsoatha rings to support lightning spire trap of overloading socketed in a crest of desire. With the base 100% crit chance of the trap, we can have 30% less crit chance from assassin bifurcate, 48% less crit chance from marylene, and 80% less crit chance from controlled destruction, and still be crit capped, making it a strong bosser that can one/two shot uber bosses.
