日本にレゲエカルチャーの礎を築いたフリーマガジン『Riddim』の発行やミュート・ビートのマネジメント、その他膨大なリリース／海外アーティストの招聘によって、日本におけるレゲエ／ストリート・カルチャーの発展に貢献してきたオーバーヒート・ミュージック代表、石井"EC"志津男氏。 その石井氏に多大な影響（INFLUENCES）を受けたという、FESN代表の森田貴宏。その出会いは1998年、Riddim誌面上でパナソニックとRiddimのコラボレーション企画商品、その名もRiddim VOXの広告に森田を起用した事が始まりだった。そこから30年近く、石井氏と森田の付き合いは、現在まで続いている。今年2025年、80歳を迎えた石井氏は、55歳の時に始めたスケートボードを現在も続けている。森田と石井氏の長い付き合いの中でも、森田曰く今回の撮影が「石井さんとスケートするのは初めて」だそう。ということで、森田の思い付きと、石井"EC"志津男氏の自らの経験と足跡を語った初の書籍がこのタイミングで発売となった記念に、FESNから氏に向け、エールとリスペクトを込めた石井"EC"志津男氏のライディング映像を公開致します！！ The publication of the free magazine "Riddim", which laid the foundation of reggae culture in Japan, the management of mute beats, and other huge releases / invitations of overseas artists, reggae / street culture in Japan Mr. Shizuo Ishii "EC", the representative of Overheat Music, has contributed to the development of.
