We were given access to test Letaido (Agent A) and ran it on real Feisworld data — this review reflects what actually happened, including where it failed.
Test run Letaido by Ahrefs for free: https://letaido.com/
Most SEO tools are very good at telling you what changed. Someone still has to open the reports, decide what matters, and remember to do it again next month. That's the gap Ahrefs is trying to close with Agent A and Letaido.
I gave it one vague sentence — "help me identify stale content that was performing well and I should update ASAP" — and watched what it did with it. It asked a better question, pulled live Ahrefs data, and built a report with 16 pages sorted into three priority tiers. Then I cross-checked its top recommendations against my own Google Search Console data, and the picture changed.
I also show a test that failed, because that mattered more to me than the one that worked.

WHAT I'D TELL YOU IF WE WERE HAVING COFFEE
Estimated organic traffic tells you where to look. Your Search Console data tells you what actually happened. Never act on only one of them — one of my "urgent" pages turned out to have improved its ranking while losing clicks, which is a completely different problem from a stale article.
Use an agent like this to build a review queue, not a publishing queue.
