Another New Meniere's Drug - Could Dapagliflozin Bring Vertigo and Hearing Loss Relief?

Dapaglifloyin is an existing drug for type 2 diabetes, heart failure and chronic kidney disease that could potentially help with Meniere's. It is proposed to conduct a high quality long trial in Meniere's patients, and I am honoured to have been asked to join the trial as a "co-applicant" on the proposal as a patient representative and liaison. The video is a short summary of a more detailed article over on Substack about the drug and the trial, which plans to measure vertigo, hearing loss, tinnitus and various biomarkers and see how the drug changes these measures.
