Layla by Colleen Hoover is frightening, but not because of the ghost [Live read]

Crowntide review is coming, but I wanted to use this horrible, horrible heatwave to try something new. Should I name this something to mark it as different from my typical reviews? Like... Livereads? I'm still figuring this out but hope it is enjoyable! Also would love some suggestions on other books good for this format. Got a Discord server.
