Welcome back to the channel! In today's video, we are bringing you a rich, creamy, and absolutely mouth-watering recipe: Chicken Makhmali (Velvety Chicken Curry).
Unlike the usual recipes, we skipped the turmeric (besar) this time and relied on traditional, authentic village spices. By slow-cooking the chicken with generous amounts of ghee, fresh cream (tar), and yogurt (dahi), we achieved an incredibly soft, tender, and velvety texture that pairs perfectly with roti, naan, or rice. We had an amazing time cooking and eating this, and we are sure you will love making it too!
