Staycation in NC/ Solo Travel / The Ivey's Hotel in Charlotte NC/ Downtown Charlotte North Carolina

I needed some time away so I decided to take a night away in a luxury hotel in Charlotte NC. This hotel was an old renovated store called the J.B. Ivey's Department Store that opened in 1924. The top floors are apartments and the bottom houses 42 room, 5 star suites. I got to enjoy their The Library Lounge bar and room service that was great but the best part was that tub! Because if you know me then you know I love a good soaking tub! What's your fave hotel to stay in near or far?
