Join us as we venture into the forgotten remains of Warner Bros. Jungle Habitat in West Milford, New Jersey — an abandoned wildlife safari park filled with crumbling structures, overgrown roads, mysterious tunnels, and forgotten animal enclosures! Once a self drive-through wildlife safari, Jungle Habitat is now a hauntingly fascinating place where nature has reclaimed the remains of the past. As we explored this abandoned zoo in autumn, we walked down deserted roads that felt straight out of zombie movies, discovered hidden walking tunnels, stumbled upon a crumbled ticket booth, and found the remains of old animal exhibits, including a bird cage and a lion enclosure. But that was only the beginning! 🦁 What We Discovered on Our Abandoned Zoo Adventure: 🍂 Explored the overgrown, abandoned roads of Jungle Habitat in the fall. 🚶 Discovered mysterious walking tunnels hidden throughout the property. 🎟️ Found the crumbling remains of an old ticket booth. 🐦 Explored the forgotten bird cage and abandoned lion enclosure. 🐾 Discovered other abandoned animal enclosures scattered throughout the woods. 🚙 Found an abandoned entrance to the old self-driving safari. 🌲 Got lost multiple times while navigating the overgrown trails and forgotten roads. 🌑 Continued exploring as daylight faded, making the abandoned zoo even creepier. 🐻 Worried about encountering wild bears living in the surrounding area as darkness set in! The deeper we explored, the more difficult it became to find our way around. With fading daylight, unfamiliar trails, and the possibility of encountering bears in the woods, this abandoned zoo adventure became more intense with every step. Warner Bros. Jungle Habitat is full of forgotten history, eerie ruins, and mysterious remnants of a once-popular New Jersey attraction. Exploring it in the fall made the entire experience feel like stepping into another world, where an old wildlife park has slowly disappeared into the forest.
