Trevor Deely: The Last Walk Home

On the night of 7 December 2000, 22-year-old Trevor Deely attended his work Christmas party in Dublin. In the early hours of the following morning, he began making his way home. He never arrived. CCTV would capture Trevor during his final known movements through the city - but it would also capture something that has puzzled investigators ever since: an unidentified man waiting outside Trevor’s workplace, and another figure appearing behind Trevor during his final recorded walk. More than two decades later, despite extensive searches, appeals and renewed investigations, Trevor’s disappearance remains unsolved. In this video, we follow Trevor’s movements that night, look at the CCTV footage, the mysterious individuals captured on camera, the searches that followed and the theories surrounding one of Ireland’s most enduring missing-person cases. If you have any information concerning the disappearance of Trevor Deely, please contact An Garda Síochána. Trevor Deely has been missing since 8 December 2000.
