The Hottest New Cambodian Food Pop Up in NYC 🇰🇭 | M’Maht by Chef Pauline Buth

A Khmer food pop-up on a Tuesday night in NYC? Say less. I linked up with a bunch of Cambodians in Brooklyn, New York at Commune to support Chef Pauline Buth and her incredible pop-up, M’Maht and let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint. I literally ordered the entire menu, and every bite hit. Pauline recommended the soy garlic wings were crispy, juicy, and gone in seconds. Then came the bok lahong (Cambodian papaya salad), which was the perfect spicy-funky pairing. The grilled coconut corn was unreal! It was sweet, smoky, and perfectly charred. And to finish? An olive oil pandan cake that was so soft and fragrant, it was the ultimate palate cleanser. We ate, drank, laughed, and celebrated Khmer culture through food in the greatest city in the world.
