What if Inara Had FOCUSING LENS!? - Paladins Truly Talented LTM

Ying is famous for her talent called Focusing Lens, which grants bonus damage if you hit all shots fired from one burst of her weapon. However, Ying isn't the only type of character with a burst fire weapon, and she's not the only character who used to have a talent like this either! Inara's talent Wrath of the Stagalla grants a burst if you hit all stones fired from one burst of her weapon just like Focusing Lens, and it's a removed talent that just made a return in the Truly Talented LTM! How much damage can this talent really do, and should it come back as a viable option for Inara in today's meta?
