A ROMAN ROAD 12 SUMMIT 16 MILE MARATHON HIKE

We tackle 11 Wainwright summits and 1 Birkett on a epic adventure in the LAKE DISTRICT. Starting from Martindale near ULLSWATER we set off to complete fells along the HIGH STREET Roman Road. In order we hike over HALLIN FELL, BONSCALE PIKE, ARTHUR'S PIKE, LOADPOT HILL, WETHER HILL, RED CRAG, HIGH RAISE, KIDSTY PIKE, RAMPSGILL HEAD, THE KNOTT (HIGH STREET), REST DODD and finally THE NAB. 15.64 Miles for nearly 4700ft TA.
